Contract review
Why contracts may not match in signals?
It is always necessary to independently check the matching of token contracts. You can check the contract on almost all exchanges on the deposit page.
The bot uses data from Coingeko and Coinmarketcap to find tokens on CEX. Sometimes these marketplaces give out erroneous information. The bot cannot double-check the contract of a token on CEX, so you need to check the contracts yourself.
What to do if the contract does not match?
For a deposit to be credited to CEX, the network and the token contract must match.
If you sent the wrong token to CEX (contracts do not match), you should contact the CEX support and leave a request for a refund.
Usually CEX charge a fee for the refund and the response time is quite long (from a few days to a few weeks)
Not always CEX can return your tokens, be careful!
CEX will return tokens to the address they were sent from. If you sent from another CEX - you will have to communicate with their support, as the withdrawal address is different from your deposit address on the exchange.
What does a signal with non-matching contracts look like?
The difference between the contracts can be indirectly determined by the signal:
If one exchange has a very large Dif compared to other CEXs
A small percentage price change in the pool results in a large Dif with the CEX
How to check the contract of a token on CEX?
